All of our products are created and manufactured at our location.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Washington. Alphabet Garden Designs is, however, required to collect 8.1% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Washington address.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not stock our products, everything is custom made upon ordering. Therefore, we cannot re-sell your item. We will do our absolute best to make you sure you are happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors such as customer typo's, color choices, and mind changes. Please contact us for exact measurements if needed. Also to insure your confidence in placing your order, please take advantage of the proof option and request a color sample card. Our goal is to be fair and to help make sure your experience in purchasing your wall decor is a pleasant and positive.

If you purchase a defective Alphabet Garden Designs product, you must contact us promptly within 10 days of receiving your product and we will re-cut your product. "Custom orders may not be returned unless it is defective.

Unfortunately we have no control how your product is handled during shipping and in some instances may be damaged. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at sales@alphabetgardendesigns.com or call us at (509)888-3443. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details and pictures of the damage prior to sending a replacement.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or canceled during processing. If you have any questions regarding our policies, feel free to contact us.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Back-ordered Products

Occasionally, due to high demand, or size of your wall decal, our vinyl will be back-ordered for a period of time. In the case of a back-order, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item, at this time you may choose to cancel or proceed with your order. All back-orders will ship promptly as soon as the vinyl is received in our warehouse. If you decide to dis-continue with the back-ordered vinyl after the initial agreeing to continue, and the vinyl has already shipped or been cut, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of your order and where you live. You can check shipping charges before purchase just click on ESTIMATE SHIPPING COST. Contact us if you need additional help. We are not responsible for lost or destroyed product, but will help in anyway we can. If you choose to ship 2nd day or Next day Air, the design will ship quicker, however it will still take the usual time to process. If you are under a time crunch, please contact us.

International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges. Please note, that any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to you directly, and are the responsibility of the customer. Alphabet Garden Designs does not collect money on your behalf for duties and taxes.

First Class shipping through USPS does not offer any tracking or insurance. If you choose this method for shipping we are not responsible for lost, damaged or late items, nor can we estimate shipping time.

Delivery Time

Our turn around time is usually 5 business days, however since all our design orders are made-to-order, and due to high demand, it may take up to 10 business days, from when the order is received or proof is confirmed, for your order to be completed and shipped. "If you are under a time crunch, please let us know and we will work to make it happen as fast as we can!

Alphabet Garden Designs cannot be held responsible for delays due to the shipping company.
